About College Summit

College Summit’s mission is to increase the college enrollment rates of youth from low-income communities. We partner with 180 high schools across the country to achieve the common purpose of all students experiencing high school as a launchpad for college and career success.

Our Growth
College Summit has grown to serve 50,000 students annually in 12 states by partnering with high school principals, teachers and the most influential students in lower-income communities to raise their college-going and success rates.

Our Work
We partner with high schools to:

• Offer a postsecondary planning course for students in grades 9-12, and provide educators with professional development, and onsite coaching to successfully lead this class.
• Mobilize peer influencers through powerful training in summer workshop and school year activities to forge a student-driven college-going culture.
• Use data to manage the school-wide postsecondary planning and college enrollment and college persistence process.
