As a full-time staff member of College Summit, you will find the work to be challenging and creative, and you will have the opportunity to create measurable social change.  We are constantly searching for new and better ways to equip school districts across the country to ensure that more of their students can make it to college.

All that translates into a fast-paced and fun environment. As capacity-builders, we create and provide our school partners with simple yet critical tools.  While some members of our team are in schools each day providing technical assistance to teachers, counselors, and principals, other teammates create top-grade curriculum, training, and accountability systems.  At the heart of our model, we train influential students to build college cultures within their schools.  All staff members have the opportunity to connect directly with these Peer Leaders each summer.
