How Colleges Partner

Partnering with College Summit lets your institution take advantage of our innovative approach to college transition in a way that is easy, effective and visible in your community. Colleges join College Summit’s college network by hosting our  signature student trainings.

Summer Workshops

College Partners share the costs of running a consecutive set of summer workshops with College Summit.

1. Every week, you host a memorable, four-day experience for 40-50 students and 20-30 volunteers from the community

2. Every week, our partnering high schools’ most influential rising seniors get to preview college life on your campus.

  • They complete key components of the college application process (e.g., Personal Statement, Application, College List), and learn effective ways to finance their college education.
  • They learn skills and techniques to positively influence their peers.
  • They explore methods for overcoming challenges they will face throughout the admissions process and the transition to college.
College Summit Yields Results

In the past 10 years, over 35,000 students have benefited from College Summit.



79% of the high potential, influential students who have participated in our Summer Workshops have enrolled in college, well over the national average for low-income students of 46%.
