The Business Analyst plays a key role in developing, interpreting, documenting, and managing requirements for business solutions across the organization as we build the systems and processes critical to the scaling of our programs. This position interacts with executives, business managers and end-users to understand and analyze business processes and requirements, manage the development of appropriate business solutions, and identify areas for process improvement.

The High School Coordinator is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with high school partners, counselors, teachers, and principals, and managing and delivering College Summit’s curriculum and services. In addition, the High School Coordinator oversees workshop operations at assigned schools, which prepares Peer Leaders (students), College Summit Advisors (teachers) and College Summit Coordinators (counselors) for delivery of the Senior Year Curriculum. During the 2008-2009 academic year College Summit will serve over 3,500 seniors from 40 high schools in the New York metro area.

The Online Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in the strategic planning and implementation of College Summit’s online communications efforts in order to increase the organization’s online presence and impact. This includes strategically expanding College Summit’s electronic social marketing efforts and maximizing the effectiveness and reach of College Summit’s website. In addition to promoting and maintaining the website, the Online Communications Coordinator will also be responsible for writing web content, electronic newsletters and blogs.

The Regional Events Coordinator provides support to College Summit’s summer Workshop program. Workshops are the engine behind College Summit’s program, serving as the community event that empowers high school seniors and rallies community members around the program. This summer, College Summit will train close to 4,000 young people at over 80 nation-wide events. The Regional Events Coordinator serves as the departmental liaison for cultivating and maintaining high quality guest experiences throughout each Workshop program offering.

College Summit is seeking exceptionally motivated volunteers for a number of positions to help lead summer workshops. In addition to the benefits the students receive, volunteers leave workshops exhausted but refreshed, having seen the potential of the next generation of leaders.
