College Summit’s staff is a group of dedicated, passionate, entrepreneurial people from all backgrounds and levels of experience. Along with that juxtaposition of sectors comes a unique culture and work environment. College Summit is an organization that takes goals and metrics seriously, and sets high expectations for what the team can accomplish. We place a high value on feedback, and all employees participate in a trimester dialogue and performance review process to assess their accomplishments to date, and their growth areas for the future.
And to facilitate connections between staff in all regions, College Summit holds an annual retreat for the whole organization, where we not only have a chance to socialize and make stronger connections with one another, but also to learn best practices for focusing our efforts and delivering on our goals.
College Summit is seeking exceptionally motivated volunteers for a number of positions to help lead summer workshops. In addition to the benefits the students receive, volunteers leave workshops exhausted but refreshed, having seen the potential of the next generation of leaders. Volunteering at a workshop is a great way to get to know College Summit; in fact, many current employees started out as volunteers.
