Guide to Meeting State Success Factors
In November 2009, the United States Department of Education released its final guidelines for Race to the Top. Included in the final guidelines was a requirement that states set college enrollment and credit accumulation goals in their Race to the Top applications.
College Summit prepared a Guide for Meeting the State Success Factors in response to this requirement, as a resource for states to use when crafting their Race to the Top applications.
