White Papers

College Summit has published two White Papers—one with the Aspen Institute and one with the Center for American Progress—both of which advocate for policy reforms designed to ensure that all of America’s youth make it to and through college.

Our 2008 White Paper, High Schools as Launch Pads, focused on the importance of building a college-going culture in order to improve student achievement and attainment.  Our 2009 White Paper, The Promise of Proficiency, focused on using postsecondary outcome data to drive high school reform.
