College Summit Presents Let Talent Shine Awards to Education Leaders
July 28, 2007, Charleston, WV – West Virginia State University President Hazo Carter and former Senator Lloyd Jackson were presented College Summit’s prestigious Let Talent Shine Awards during a banquet at West Virginia State University this evening. The award is given annually by College Summit to one or two individuals who have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to improving college access for West Virginians.
