New York + Connecticut

College Summit New York was established in 2005 with pilot programs in two schools in the 2005-06 school year.  In each of the past three years, College Summit has more than tripled the number of students served in the region.  We have both retained veteran school partners and recruited new partner schools.

In the 2009-10 school year, College Summit New York is working in 45 schools in New York City reaching nearly 6,000 students annually.

The rapid growth and success of College Summit New York has helped spur demand throughout the region and created a strong base from which to build College Summit Connecticut.

College Summit Connecticut launched in 2008 with pilot programs in two schools in the 2008-09 school year, one in Bridgeport and one in New Haven.  In the 2009-10 school year, College Summit Connecticut is in three schools serving over 700 high school seniors.
