2009 Educator’s Academy While September marks back to school for our students, it also means its time to educate our educators!

Educator’s Academy
During the month of September, Southern California will host multiple Educator’s Academies in the Los Angeles area for about 50 of our partner high school’s teachers and counselors. The Academies will serve as professional development trainings for our educators on how to foster launchpad high schools with college-going cultures at their respective schools this year. Our teachers will discover different techniques to implement the College Summit curriculum and guide their students through the college application process. Our counselors will study effective tracking methods to better determine the needs of their senior students.
