Stacy D. Clay, Executive Director
Stacy D. Clay is a native St. Louisian who has dedicated his career to education with a particular interest in serving under resourced communities. Stacy holds a B.A. in elementary education from Saint Louis University and has taught elementary school in variety of settings, both private and public including 3 years as a 1st grade teacher in St. Louis Public Schools. Immediately prior to joining College Summit, Stacy worked with the Black Leadership Roundtable on educational equity initiatives as a District Consultant to districts involved in the Voluntary Interdistrict Transfer Program. Stacy is a graduate of the 2007-08 FOCUS' Leadership St. Louis Program and currently serves as a director on the University City School Board.
Erica Tyson, Program Director
A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis (B.A., 1996), Erica Tyson brings to College Summit teaching, front-line/ grass roots and research experience. Erica has been an Adjunct Instructor at St. Louis Community College, a counselor and recruiter for Upward Bound and she has done research and outreach around youth violence prevention for the Missouri Department of Social Services. In her professional and volunteer experiences, Erica has surrounded herself with others who are dedicated to supporting our youth. That led to her joining College Summit in May 2005.
Dionne Ferguson, School Partnership Manager
A graduate of Spelman College and Georgia Tech, Dionne used her engineering skills to maintain the water in St. Louis as some of the best water in the country. She then took her skills to Lesotho in Southern Africa as a Horizontal Well Drilling Advisor for the Peace Corps. Later, as a member of the Peace Corps staff, management responsibilities brought her to Harare, Zimbabwe, and Pretoria, South Africa. Following involvement with economic development and education management in East St. Louis, she joined College Summit in November 2006 to provide greater opportunities for St. Louis area youth.
Stacy Lewis, School Partnership Manager
Stacy is a graduate of Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She began her career in education in Tampa, Florida working with Middle School students. In 1994 she moved to St. Louis and continued her work in urban, public education. During her years with the district, Stacy developed a passion for improving student attendance. Over the years she helped guide many students on their path to graduation by correcting negative attendance patterns. She joined College Summit in July 2007. Stacy brings with her a strong connection to urban education and an earnest desire to help students realize their post secondary goals

Maureen Ross-Lang, Development Coordinator
Maureen is a graduate of Providence College (B.A., 1995) and the University of Maine (M.A., 2000). Building on her experience teaching in rural Maine schools, Maureen served with the U.S. Peace Corps in the Republic of the Philippines from 2002-2004. Her cross-cultural work spanned educational development, training and consultancy, community development and at-risk-youth projects. With a vision of continuing the sustainable, community-based development work of her Peace Corps service, Maureen sought out an opportunity to further her work domestically. Engaged by the mission, vision and model of College Summit, Maureen joined the St Louis team as an AmeriCorps VISTA in May of 2006 and transitioned to working as a staff member of College Summit in May of 2007.
