Stacy D. Clay, Executive Director
Stacy D. Clay is a native St. Louisian who has dedicated his career to education with a particular interest in serving under resourced communities. Stacy holds a B.A. in elementary education from Saint Louis University and has taught elementary school in variety of settings, both private and public including 3 years as a 1st grade teacher in St. Louis Public Schools. Immediately prior to joining College Summit, Stacy worked with the Black Leadership Roundtable on educational equity initiatives as a District Consultant to districts involved in the Voluntary Interdistrict Transfer Program. Stacy is a graduate of the 2007-08 FOCUS' Leadership St. Louis Program and currently serves as a director on the University City School Board.

Erica Tyson, Program Director
A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis (B.A., 1996), Erica Tyson brings to College Summit teaching, front-line/ grass roots and research experience. Erica has been an Adjunct Instructor at St. Louis Community College, a counselor and recruiter for Upward Bound and she has done research and outreach around youth violence prevention for the Missouri Department of Social Services. In her professional and volunteer experiences, Erica has surrounded herself with others who are dedicated to supporting our youth. That led to her joining College Summit in May 2005.

Dionne Ferguson, Program Manager
A graduate of Spelman College and Georgia Tech, Dionne used her engineering skills to maintain the water in St. Louis as some of the best water in the country. She then took her skills to Lesotho in Southern Africa as a Horizontal Well Drilling Advisor for the Peace Corps. Later, as a member of the Peace Corps staff, management responsibilities brought her to Harare, Zimbabwe, and Pretoria, South Africa. Following involvement with economic development and education management in East St. Louis, she joined College Summit in November 2006 to provide greater opportunities for St. Louis area youth.

Stacy Lewis, School Partnership Manager
Stacy is a graduate of Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She joined College Summit –St. Louis in July of 2007. In her role as a School Partnership Manager she supports educators and students. She is a regional facilitator for educator professional development, where she trains teachers and counselors on successful implementation of College Summit tools. Stacy is a 2010 graduate of CORO-Women in Leadership Class -55 (WIL-55). This is an intense five month experiential leadership training program that focuses on building leadership skills through connecting with women leaders throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. She continues to guide many students on their path to college by connecting them with resources that help them succeed. Stacy has a strong connection with the St. Louis Public Schools and an earnest desire to help students realize their post-secondary goals.

James Schallom, Development Director
Jim Schallom, the newest member of the College Summit - St. Louis team, started as Development Director in September 2011. He brings seven years of experience in development and fundraising to the team, most recently serving as Associate Director for Membership at the Saint Louis Science Center, where he oversaw a seven person team responsible for all aspects of Membership recruitment, retention, communications, service and operations. Previously, he was Development Coordinator at the Humane Society of Missouri, where he oversaw direct mail fundraising and annual giving programs. Jim holds a Masters of Public Policy Administration and Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Certificate in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. Having been trained as an educator, a strong passion for education and youth development programs attracted him to College Summit, where he is able to leverage his relationship building, communications and fundraising skills on behalf of the students served by College Summit.
