Alumni Leader

The position of Alumni Leader is perhaps the most influential role at the workshop as these volunteers are role models who exemplify how powerful the workshop experience can be. Alumni Leaders report to and assist the Alumni Leader Coordinator. Each workshop has four Alumni Leaders – each of whom is responsible for performing various logistical tasks as well as supporting the Rap Director in certain workshop sessions.
