Onuka Ibe, Vice President of Program
Upon joining College Summit in 2007, Onuka led the transition from manually-based reporting and evaluation systems to a suite of award-winning, automated performance management tools used by educators to direct their limited resources to students needing it most. Since 2013, he has overseen College Summit’s programmatic functions, including design, training, evaluation, operations, volunteer engagement, and implementation support for thousands of educators and volunteers, and tens of thousands of students annually.
Prior to College Summit, Onuka provided project management, analysis, and technology support for various manufacturing, research, and consulting firms. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Truman State University and an M.B.A. from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Since 2013, he has served as board president and leadership foundation trustee for Delta Sigma Pi, an international professional business association for men and women.
